09/07/2008 - Reno, NV (Sportsbook Betting Lines) - Eric Morris had a pair of touchdowns, including one on an 86-yard punt return, leading 12th-ranked Texas Tech to a 35-19 win over Nevada.

Graham Harrell completed 19-of-46 passes for 297 yards with a TD and two interceptions for the Red Raiders (2-0), who were coming off a 49-24 home win over Eastern Washington.

Michael Crabtree caught seven passes for 158 yards and a score, including an 82-yarder in the fourth quarter. Shannon Woods also ran for two touchdowns for the Red Raiders.

Colin Kaepernick went 24-of-35 through the air for 264 yards with a touchdown and an interception for Nevada (1-1), which beat Grambling State, 49-13, last Saturday. Kaepernick also had 92 yards rushing, while Marko Mitchell caught nine balls for 147 yards and a score.

Nevada appeared to take a 15-14 lead with 9:37 left in the third quarter when Kaepernick ran three yards to the end zone. Referees first signaled touchdown, but then after a review it was determined Kaepernick fumbled during the dive and Daniel Charbonnet recovered the ball for Texas Tech.

Brett Jaekle kicked a 31-yard field goal with 6:40 left in the quarter to get the Wolf Pack within 14-12.

Nevada then unsuccessfully tried an onside kick, and a short time later Morris scored on a 13-yard run.

The Wolf Pack couldn't capitalize on a Harrell interception early in the fourth, and later Crabtree broke free for an 82-yard TD with 11:34 left for a 28-12 cushion.

Mitchell caught a 48-yard TD pass just 64 seconds later, but Woods then sealed the victory with a 21-yard scoring run with 6:18 remaining.

Jaekle kicked a 27-yard field goal less than five minutes into the contest, but the Red Raiders went ahead for good when Morris darted 86 yards on his punt return with 7:51 left in the first.

Jaekle connected from 26 yards away in the second before Woods scored from a yard out. A 43-yard field goal by Jaekle on the final play of the half had Nevada within five points.
